Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Upon receipt of your order, we will strive to dispatch such within 3 working days.
Q. What payment options do you offer?
A. You can either pay by cash if you opt for Click & Collect, or alternatively you can pay using a PayPal account, or via bank transfer to HSBC or BOV accounts.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. €3.50 is our standard delivery charge. We will deliver for free any orders over €30.
Q. How will my items be delivered?
A. We use Malta Post for deliveries.
Q. If I opt for Click & Collect, where can I pick up the items?
A. You will be contacted to agree on a nearest pick up point on the day of the delivery.
Q. I have ordered more than one item. When should I expect to receive them?
A. We always strive to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of stock you will be notified when the stock arrives.
Q. Is it safe to send my card details when ordering online?
A. You can safely enter your credit card and details number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Q. When will you debit my account?
A. Your credit card will be charged when the items are despatched.
Q. Do you deliver outside Malta?
A. We only deliver to Malta and Gozo.
Q. What if I’m not in when you deliver?
A. A card will be posted by Malta Post so that you can rearrange delivery.
Q. Can I get an invoice for my order?
A. You will receive a receipt by email once we charge your credit card. If you request an invoice we will be happy to provide one.
